EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If you need to exchange an item, we will gladly do so as long as the item meets the following:
-no stains of any kind
-no smells of any kind
-no rips or tears (unless manufacturer's fault)
-item has not been used
-item has not been washed
-no stretch marks or deodorant stains on rash guards
Once an order has shipped, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns are processed within 5-10 business days upon receipt of your return. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. All returns and exchanges will be at the discretion of Atos Jiu Jitsu. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Atos Jiu Jitsu is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, as well as, shipping charges associated with exchanges.
Returns and Exchanges are only accepted for purchases made directly from Atos Jiu Jitsu. We will not accept any claims for returns or exchanges from third parties.
CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot make changes. You will be required to cancel your order and re-order if you require any changes. This includes changes to the style, color, size, shipping address, etc. Inventory for any item is not guaranteed after order has been cancelled.
CAN I COMBINE MULTIPLE ORDERS TO BE SHIPPED TOGETHER?
We can combine multiple orders together as long as any of the desired orders have not been shipped. However shipping cost will remain the same but can be combined for customer convenience.
WHAT CAN RESULT IN THE CANCELLATION OF MY ORDER(S)?
Atos Jiu Jitsu reserves the right to refuse any orders placed on our online store. In the event of an order cancellation, we will attempt to notify the customer via e-mail provided. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be fraudulent. Any order flagged as fraudulent will require customer verification in order to complete the purchase.
